Fill out the secure registration form. Select your preferred package tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Express).
Our enrollment desks in Northend Bulawayo will review your submission and email you requesting certified copies of national IDs, birth certificates for dependents, or company registration numbers.
Upon premium receipt, you receive your welcome letter, physical member cards, and a Provider network booklet. Waiting periods are activated or waived.
Transferring Members Note:
If you are transferring directly from another registered medical aid in Zimbabwe, submit a copy of your certificate of clearance to claims@chimas.co.zw to waive the standard 3-month waiting period!
